Shipping And Delivery Time Policy

Keeping the customer satisfaction as our top and foremost, we always try to serve them with the best quality service. If nay product is not available in our stock, we will refund the complete amount of money back to your account and will inform you of the availability.

We always try to deliver the product orders within two to three business working days. And if we have much orders to deliver then the parcel might get delayed by few hours or days. We hope that our customers understand our terms and continue to purchase their required materials from us. For any kind of delay in order we will inform you either by messaging or through email.

• • In case the order is not delivered at your end, or cancelled the complete refund of the amount will be sent to you back.
• • If the order has been cancelled by you before and duringthe delivery,shipping charges will not be refunded.
• • If the order is returned after the delivery, the whole amount except the shipping charges will be refunded.

Shipping charges may vary for every customer which you will get to know only during the checkout when you enter the pin code of your area.

Delivery Time

The order will be delivered to your doorstep by our delivery partners within 2-3 days of business. You will be able to track your order by the updates we will keep on sharing. Just after the placement of the order, you get notified through your mail or messaging.

Many times the delivery might get delayed due to weather conditions, natural calamities, flight delays or traffic but we try our best only to serve you with best quality and loyalty.

Shipping time of the products includes the time it takes to reach go the delivery partners from our end and the Delivery time is the one the order takes to reach your doorstep from the delivery partners.

The order till delivery will show you the status as follows –

• 1. Order shipped that will inform you that the order has been shipped and has been sent to the delivery partners from our end.
• 2. Order Delivered will inform that the order has been delivered to your doorstep .
• 3. Order Returned is to tell you that the order that you are looking to return or replace has reached to our end and we will inform you after checking if we can give you the refund.
• 4. Order Refunded will tell you that you have received the refund after checking the product.

If the order contains more than one product then we try to send it as a single order and the shipment charges will be applied as a single product. Once the payment is received we’ll send you a notification. You will be given a tracking code with which you can track your order.

Note – Please do confirm on receiving the order by signing the receipt so that we know your order is received.
